Reaching your goal together creatively and playfully
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is an innovative workshop method for modeling creative ideas, strategies, visions, questions and challenges posed to companies, teams or individuals. In our workshops based on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, we have already developed numerous strategies and visions, as well as concrete mission statements, or accompanied the shaping of future collaboration as moderators. We use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® as one of our more than 26 teaching methods to promote creativity, optimize team communication and define solutions. The most complex topics are solved in an understandable and playful way and made visible in unique LEGO® models.
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method was invented in 1996 by two professors, Johan Roos and Bart Victor, as well as Robert Rasmussen, the then Head of Product Development for LEGO® Education. They developed the method together at the International Institute for Management Development, a private business school in Lausanne, Switzerland. Since then, organizations around the world have discovered the transformative power of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops. We would be happy to advise you on the process and the possible applications and goals that you can achieve for your company with a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop. We will also be happy to share our experience and practical examples with you.
Regardless of the topic, companies experience the same thing time and time again: the more complex the challenge, the more suitable LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is also ideal as an “icebreaker”, as the participants communicate with each other in a playful way and are creative together. Everyone is equally active here, everyone joins in.
