Our MRE coaching is aimed at people who take responsibility for their professional and personal development and are looking for professional support. Our MRE coaching can be conducted both in person and via video conference. This gives your employees maximum flexibility.

Based on our initial consultations, we will create an initial concept and offer. We will then finalize the objectives as well as the suitable method and send it to you for approval.

Get to know &
Start

An atmosphere of trust is essential for successful coaching. Accordingly, coach and client get to know each other in a first meeting. If necessary, we will choose a different coach afterwards.

Implementation &
Conclusion

Your designated contact person is happy to take over the entire organization and handling of the coaching. From arranging appointments to hotel bookings and feedback, we take care of everything so that your employees can concentrate on the coaching.
